How about Nvidia GeForce Now, and any other streaming service you can use on mobile devices, or console browsers. Worst case scenario if it isn't considered as a storefront or platform to anybody here, I do think the option of saying you streamed the game through a cloud service would be a nice addition as something like a strategy game is a different experience on mobile streaming with touch screen compared to playing it natively on PC.
Maybe as an extra option instead and call it "Input" where you can say "Platform: Xbox Series X/S, and Input: Nvidia GeForce Now" to show you didn't use the consoles native capabilities to play the game, but the input of a cloud service, and it would also cover the niche value of a wired or wireless streaming from one device to another if for some reason that is done.

Hi, could you please add Playdate Catalog as a storefront?
It's a "official" curated collection of games for the Playdate by Panic. Web access: https://play.date/games/catalog/

Hi, another request for Evercade under platform. I know most of the games are emulated but Cathedral & Donut Dodo are native ports.
Also, could you add the Atari VCS as a digital storefront for Linux?
Thanks

No further updates on Evercade? With Full Void and Cathedral out too…

I do think the time has come for Evercade. Duke Nukem I+II remasters are running on an engine that appears to be running natively and they are new versions of the games.

I'll try to get it added in tomorrow's update.
EDIT:
Evercade and Playdate Catalog have been added!

I would also agree with adding Big Fish Games as a storefront. I have almost 200 games from them

I think it'd be neat if there was a "Collection" storefront for games you beat in a game collection like if you beat Mortal Kombat in a Midway Arcade collection or Pac-Man in a Namco Museum.

Also an idea would be to check on exophase and utilize the storefronts they utilize to track achivments.

Can famicom and super famicom be added to platforms?

6 Yrs♥$✓#
I doubt it because these are redundant to NES and Super Nintendo.

Some platforms with distinct games for them that aren't in there, some of which I've added here and had to leave the platform blank and others that I haven't gotten around to adding yet but they're on my spreadsheet:
- Commodore CDTV (though I guess it's not _that_ incorrect to use Amiga for these)
- Gamate
- GameKing
- Game.com (not really correct to say it's a "Tiger Handheld")
- Pokémon Mini
- Super Cassette Vision
- Tandy VIS (dubious - this is a multimedia console that runs a modified version of Windows 3.1 and I think all the games are also on that)
- V.Smile
- Watara Supervision
I presume if you have a standalone .swf file that would still count as Browser, even if you run it with Ruffle or whatever instead of a web browser, and likewise a standalone Pico-8 game would be PC/Linux/etc? Otherwise, Flash and Pico-8 could be platforms, but I think that might be pushing it.
Maybe "Other" could be a platform? But I could imagine the downside if that gets overused by people who just don't feel like putting in the platform.

I think adding changing "Amiga" to "Amiga/CDTV" would fix that one. Definitely not worth its own entry for what are literally Amiga 500/600 games on CD.

Came here to suggest V.Smile myself since there are so many platform exclusives

I've got a Fujitsu FM-7 on the way from Japan soon so it would be nice if we could add that to the platform list please.

I already posted this in the Site Feedback thread, because I completely forgot that this separate thread exists. I'm also not really sure if this one has much purpose, to be honest. lol
But anyway, I would like to request the Vectrex to be listed as a platform. Doesn't have the biggest library but it is a pretty iconic 80s console. Some of the games are already in the database anyway.
Also, while I'm here: I think the Japanese (mostly adult) game shop DLsite would make sense to be added as a storefront.
The purchased games are usually direct downloads, but they do have an optional client for organizing. So, in that sense it's basically very similar to itch.io.

I second adding the Vectrex as a new platorm to HLTB! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vectrex
And it would be nice if the Microvision was also added 😄 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microvision

Hello! Please, could you add V.Smile as a platform? It's a sith generational console, made by VTech: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V.Smile
The V.Smile also does have some variants: V.Smile, V.Smile Cyber Pocket, PC Pal, V.Motion and V.Smile Motion. I had a Pocket myself, but the cartridges do work on all variants. I don't know if you can add them as individual platforms, or just as V.Smile.
Thanks in advance! :)
(Sorry if I made some spelling mistakes, English isn't my native language.)
