Alundra 2. Most recent win, about two hours ago. I can't believe no one on this site seem to have played/finished this one. Sure, it's a very flimsy attempt at passing something as a sequel but on its own, it's quite an excellent game.

Maybe I'll go after Dredmor again on the harder difficulty some time in the future. And there's the dlc to get too.

Very nicely done. Dredmor with permadeath is not something I really want to try :P

Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 for PC. Went into the final boss with 22 lives... finally won on my last one. Almost rage quit.

I hope you played Sonic and Knuckles as part of Sonic 3 & Knuckles (the 2 joined together as the full game). If not then you're missing out, especially if you're collecting those emeralds. (all 14 of em)

Oh definitely. On the first run through you will probably just look at it and think "oh this is just all the same levels in the same order, nothing special here" but the little changes here and there, and then eventually the bigger additions to having them joined together add up to something that is more than the sum of the 2 parts. That probably didn't make a lot of sense, and I won't lie, a lot of it is drawing on nostalgia, just remember having my mind blown as a kid when I realized that playing S3&K wasn't merely just playing S3 and S&K back to back.

Definitely. Sonic 3 & Knuckles is pretty much perfect, me and a friend used to play it loads when we were younger, never touched the individual games again (neither feels complete without the other).

Yessss I recognized that right away. I remember completing it as a kid and seeing my play number in the hundreds... WTF I didn't die that much!!

My secret is that I have a nemesis, though he doesn't know it ! Trying to catch up to NeoJ on completions... He's not making it easy.

Also playing shorter games and older games that tend to be shorter. Can't finish Ni no Kuni in a day, but I can finish 5 light gun shooters easy.

Runner 2 was probably the hardest one that I just posted. I just happened to find myself in a gloriously caffeinated zone at 4AM, plowing through the levels like they were nothing. I have played that game not in the zone... and it's tough.

I should follow Grahamtams' technique. Anyway just finished Mini Ninjas right now
