Aw that's good he enjoys rebuilding them at a future point too. Nice to get a couple uses out of anyway. As far as I know the sets my older nephew has had got built then eventually merged into the greater lego pile which is good too. I can only imagine what that pile might look like when his little brother is old enough for it if he gets interested.

After a cranky and useless funk of a week I finally managed to get a little writing done for a treat for a fic exchange. Maybe not a lot, but certainly more than I've been able to muster all week and I think it'll be easier to continue. I hope so anyway. I'll take the small win

The game I'm following is almost released, so there's that. And the last few days have been great with lot of outdoor activities: tennis, walking, etc.

Reviving this thread because I promised... the scenario that I contributed an adventure to has been announced!

Starfinder is my favorite TTRPG and being able to write for them was a dream! If anyone hasn't played but wants to, I'd be happy to run through it with some HLTB lads and lasses when it comes out B-)

Oh wow that's awesome! I've played a little Pathfinder when I used to play TTRPGs and knew Starfinder existed from parents. So cool you get to involved in something like that!

I know this is something pretty random to share, but I'm feeling so happy right now that I just cannot not share it.

My dad fully recovered from a heart attack he had yesterday. He just added two heart stents today, and right now he's out of risk. I bursted into tears the moment my mom called me to say that he was fine (since she's also a doctor, the cardiologist asked if she wanted to watch the procedure) and I'm SO relieved.

Thank you both! Yes, I'm feeling super relieved and I know how lucky and fortunate our family is. 🥰 Last night was so hard to sleep knowing that we still had no idea what happened to him, but today I'll be sleeping like a baby.

I was getting a coffee and the guy in front of me in line paid for everyone's coffee. There are still some nice people out there... or they stole the money and wanted to get rid of it, either way I got free coffee.
