On a quiet island, anthony and his friend walrein meet celebi, phione and a strange lugia. Celebi can grant wishes and asks anthony to help her on a journey in exchange for fulfilling one of her wishes. Together they explore new islands, meet different Pokémon and discover secrets. They become friends and learn a lot about each other.
