The PSP version of Shin Megami Tensei: Persona should be separated out from the PC/PS1 releases - it was a ground-up remake which included, among other things, an alternate main story path which was cut from the original localisation.

This month I'd like to nominate Tactics Ogre: Reborn - the remaster comes out on the 11th, but the PSP original (itself a ground-up remake of a SNES game) is freely available, easily emulated, and the version I would be playing if it wins.

James Bond 007: Blood Stone's DS entry should be separate from the console release IMO - it has a different developer, runs for about half the length, and although they are both third-person shooters they play very differently.
