No Music on PS5?

My friend was encouraging me to try Persona 5 Royal so I decided to download it on PS5. Only one problem. There is no music when the game is playing. I stood in the very first area you were in and no music played whatsoever. Now I'm not sure if this is intentional for this version but for some reason no music played not even in the main menu when you start and load the game. There are no options to turn music on or off either. I'm assuming this is a problem with the console itself and not the game. Does anyone else have problems playing Persona 5 Royal on PS5 if anyone has it? If you do have it can you please test it confirm that this is definitely a PS5 issue and not an issue with the game itself? It's also up to date (Ver 1.02). Usually PS5 will have warnings on PS4 games sometimes that say something like "This Game Might Not Run Properly" or the like but I got no message of that sort when booting it up.

I really don't want to have to pull out my PS4 Pro just to get the game working properly but I need confirmation this is an error on PS5 and not a faulty install.

The base Persona 5 is a Ps Plus Collection game for PS5 owners, so I would be surprised if Royal is broken so obviously. The warning is generally for graphics glitches that don't affect gameplay.

1) Is it only this game. Did you test another game before or after?
2) Are there any other audio devices attached to the system like headsets or an AV switcher?
3) I assume your tv/audio device wasn't on mute. Yes I know its obvious, but it's easy enough to do by mistake.
4) Did you reboot your system?

1. It's only this game from what I can tell. All the other games I have on PS5 work with music.
2. Nope. None connected.
3. Yep, not on mute.
4. I'll have to try that one and if see if that's the case. But I realized both Persona 5 Base and Person 5 Royal all had issues with music being muted and not playing.

PS5 has a feature where if you listen to spotify it will remove the music from the game if you have spotify installed on your PS5 try uninstalling it.
