My first VR Game on the Meta Quest 3 and already, VR is one of the most immersive technologies I've ever experienced to play video games in. One of the most remarkable features is that I rarely got motion sick during this game and the amount of comfort when playing was very high. So you're not going to be blowing chunks any time soon. Even though there are four jobs including additional modes to try out for each, the game does a fantastic job at immersing the player into a classic stereotypical work environment where I actually found myself getting very invested in every job type. The game walks you through the steps easily and is perfect for beginners who are buying their expensive way into VR. The graphics are cartoony and the designs for the bots are adorable and welcoming to any newcomer, not to mention there's probably WAY more interactivity within VR to do many cool things than playing on a Keyboard and Mouse or Xbox Controller. The amount of silly things you can do in such a small game is more impressive than anything I've played recently. The voice acting is fun and the humor is light and nice although there's never burst out laughing moments, but the gameplay is what really made it for me. You can do so much with so little and the game never gets tiresome because of that. There's always some new kind of surprise every step of the way which makes the game never get boring. It's brightly colored worlds, intuitive controls and immersive concept are the reasons to play it. It's hard to explain VR in a review without REALLY trying it, but I'll leave you with this: If you want a beginners guide to VR which can show you the endless amount of potential of the medium and are looking for something that won't give you motion sickness, has comfortable controls and handling, while also being full of things to interact with, I obviously can highly recommend this. It's one of the most refreshing games I've played in the last 5 years and even though it's an older title, it still impresses to this day.

Nice good VR. It's fun to mess around in. Nothing groundbreaking or mindblowing, but it doesn't have any faults either. Just good.Updated 2.5 Months Ago

Fun VR game if not short, a good show off of VR with it being cartoony and quirky. Its not going to sell people on VR but its fun for the amount of time you can play it. The sequel is a lot more in depth and cool to explore. Not a must own on VR but definitely a fun time if purchased.Updated 5 Months Ago

An ok VR experience. A very early VR game that acts as more of a goofy tech demo of what you can do with VR, but still a fun short timeUpdated 8 Months Ago

Job simulator, a game that is (luckily) not as boring as a real job, this game is a VR only game and is great for people who are just starting out with VR, since the only way you move, is when you yourself move, so the motion sickness in this game is next to none. It does lack a little bit of content, while still playing at the moment, one job takes about 1 hour to complete.Updated 1 Year Ago

No notable improvements over the PSVR version, they didn't even bother adding an option for turning so you could play this game seated or not have to twist around. The novelty wore off very quickly with this game so I rushed through to get the extremely easy platinum.

This is probably the most boring VR game I've played so far. You'll be guided through the most simple steps possible in jobs that barely any of the players would ever do in real life.
It might be an interesting experience for those that are new to VR, but I personally really wanted it to end.
Luckily for me even 100% achievements in this game took less than 3 hours.
Visuals, sound design and humor are good i guess, but that's pretty much it.
If you are new to VR maybe try it, but pls don't pay more than 5€ for this.

Job Simulator is a VR game with low-poly graphics that create an authentic virtual environment. Although the game is relatively short, it offers a unique experience that allows you to try out different careers in a comedic way. The jobs are not realistic but rather focusing on the humor aspect of the game. Overall, Job Simulator is a play for anyone who loves jobs.Updated 1.5 Years Ago

Job simulator is definitely one of the easiest games I've 100% so far. In all honesty, most achievements in this game a just misc. achievements, throw a thing at this thing, grab this thing and spin 3 times, pick up this thing and break it against this thing, really easy achievements all around. The only slightly difficult achievements that come to mind are just beating each of the jobs, which you should do anyway if you spent money on this game in the first place. My only complaint is that it is a VR required game (I think) and makes you pretty sick and hurts your eyes to play for an excessive amount of time.Updated 1.5 Years Ago

The game is okay.It is a silly playground, no more or no less. I like that everything is interactive, but at the same time I dislike that your freedom is never truly rewarded. You can give a customer a soup consisting of a paper menu and a tea kettle, yes, but you will recieve no unique response to it.
You are the only child in the sandbox and all of the adults are looking away. To some, that might be a ton of fun. To me, it feels empty.
I do not regret buying it, though, since I have no doubts it will serve as a good introduction to VR for inexperienced friends.

Fun premise, but overstays its welcome by a few hours. Not including more than 11 bland trophies to get the platinum is a crime in a game with infinite possibilities.Updated 2 Years Ago

I really enjoyed the Youtube-Videos of Job Simulator when it first came out - and that may have been the main problem I had with this game. It is a lot more entertaining watching someone messing with the four jobs than standing alone in front of your couch and playing it yourself. It still is a solid VR experience, there is just not much of a gameplay. You always are told exactly what to do to progress the job and there is no variance, no new jokes or tasks and thus no replay value for another run - except to have a quick demonstration to friends who havent experienced VR before. Once you completed all jobs you can play them again with "job-mod" modules, but these only change the bounciness of the items and the gravity. I give it 65% - add 10% if you play it with friends and have some comedic talent to spice it up! It's an easy and fast platinum torphy at least...Updated 4 Years Ago

Very fun game. One of the first VR games I ever played, I even bought this game before I got my Vive, back in 2018. Funny, and the "Infinite Overtime" free DLC, as well as the gameplay modifiers that come along with the game is just the icing on the cake. I love this game, and is a MUST PLAY for anyone with a VR system!Updated 4.5 Years Ago

Probably the most polished game on the Vive on release, and also the most boring. For the first 5 minutes I was blown away by the interactivity, and it was a really good show case of the possibilities of VR. But in the end the game felt a little too much like its title, and was more like work then play. It's a shame as everything works as it should, and its very clear that love and attention went into this game. Still, I would recommend playing it as it came included with the Vive. It s certainly not worth the full asking price of 30 bucks however. 6/10Updated 8.5 Years Ago

Job Simulator's simple tasks are made fun by its absurdist sense of humor and goofy props. It'll test the limits of the PlayStation VR's motion tracking abilities by enticing you to reach for every object and device you can see, which sometimes makes things a little frustrating. But the rewards for experimentation make it well worth doing.Updated 8 Years Ago
