I'll play almost anything - so when I got my hands on a couple of V.Smile (both TV-version and handheld) and a dozen of games for them I am going to give them a try.
Unfortunately there aren't any real way to add them to my list here unless I use a shadow platform (a platform I am not going to use) to fake as a V.Smile; I know they are made for children 3-10 years old, but I am sure that the games can still be entertaining for adults, also as a way perhaps to get the kids into gaming early on.
I already have to use "Emulated" as a shadow platform for DOS games, as I do not want to combine DOS and Windows under one platform, as it is simply wrong. I know that Microsoft was the main developers of IBM PC-DOS back in 1981 and rebranded it as MS-DOS, and I still use both PC-DOS and MS-DOS actively - but that is a story for another subject.

So; V.Smile as platform?

I am 36 - and I love to play games on my PC, Xbox One and PS4 - but I also love playing on older platforms: I own hardware dating back from 1977 (almost 10 years older than me!) - and the Amiga 500 will always have a special place in my heart (I still have my childhood A500 running).

Some day I hope to be able to make a real "family portrait" with all the consoles and computers

Philips Odyssey 2001
Atari 2600 (x2)
Philips VideoPac G7000 (Odyssey2 for Americans / Odyssey for Brasilians)
Mattel Intellivision
Sinclair ZX81
Sinclair Spectrum
BBC Micro
Atari 800XL
Commodore VIC-20 (x2)
Commodore 64 (x4 - one of them a C64C)
Philips VG8020/40 (MSX)
Commodore Amiga 500 (x4)
Commodore Amiga 2000 (x2)
Atari Mega ST
Atari 1040 STE
Apple Macintosh SE (x2 + one SE/30)
SEGA Mega Drive (Mk1 - Genesis for Americans)
Sony PlayStation 2
Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP
Microsoft Xbox 360 (Pro x5 + x1 Halo 3 Special Edition)
Nintendo 3DS
Microsoft Xbox One
Sony PlayStation 4
+ a bunch of older and newer iMacs, Macbooks and PCs (desktops and laptops) to run MacOS, Windows (98SE to 10), OS/2 and Linux

At the moment mainly my girlfriend; She will hit me if I interrupt her... ;)
But once she stops and go to her work, I might go listen some of my video game soundtracks; I am in a project of listening to all the soundtracks I've gotten on GOG, Steam, physical editions and direct downloadable from the dev/publishers.

Next on my list to listen to is the Soundtrack for American Conquest: Gold Edition.
The ones that I rate as the best will be burned on CDs so I can listen to them when I feel like to chill to them.

I have no winter break; but I do plan to play some games when I have time (usually I have lots of time in the afternoons and evenings). At the moment I am playing Keyhole Spy: Frozen Hotties as I wanted to play a Christmas game. The second game, I don't know, probable the short Adolescent Santa Claus to finish some Christmas games.

Oh sounds interesting! I don't think I can finish all the categories, but I have already planned for 27 games to play next year (+ whatever I end up playing for entertainment)... This year I have so far completed 49 games on 14 platforms (some of them virtualized on other platforms, such as an Xbox disc played in an Xbox 360, or DOS played through DOSBox on a Windows PC - total platforms touched this year is 18).

So we just post the status on this thread?
Is it possible to change the list if we have placed a game in one category but decide to want to use it in another one and then use a second game in the first picked category?

-----

So.... here is my entry (I don't think I can make all the parts however):

I usually use a stopwatch either on my wrist (build-in on my digital watch), or mobile phone (if I am wearing analouge watch); this I do for almost all games, except Steam games where I [Shift]+[Tab] before quitting the game and then get the minutes count (Factor-100, not Factor-60).

As mentioned here there is also a stopwatch function available on this website, I don't use it very often however.

Well, it could simply that I misunderstood the idea of "Storefront" (I have to say that I wouldn't really say that my iOS and Android games are played through a launcher - especially some Android games are downloadable and installable outside - including some purchases from Humble Bundle). And sure if by Storefront it is meant a launcher then MG (and DLSite) is not meant to be on the list of Storefronts.

But I do know that Nutaku does have a launcher available Windows and Android.

A few of my games are of the... adult type, and although Steam do have a few of them, I am also using other storefronts including MangaGamer (Download and Physical gales), Nutaku (Download and Stream/browser) and DLSite (downloads)

Could these be added to the Storefront selection please?

Hi, I am having a decent collection of platforms and play games on almost all of them. I would like to request the Atari 8-bit Family as a platform:

The Atari 8-bit Family is a series of various Atari 8-but home computers from the 1980s to the 1990s (I do not remember the specific years), with a large variety of games, including games from the Atari consoles. The computers supported games on cartridge, cassette and disk (5.25").
Until the Commodore 64 arrived, this was the state of the art home computer.

Several variants were made over the years (400, 800, 1200XL, 600XL, 800XL and the XE models that I do not remember the numbers of) apart from the amount of RAM only minor changes were done in the hardware and the computers are compatible; I play a 32k (Atari 800) game on my Atari 800XL 64k), as well as an XE cartridge on the same machine.

Is this possible to get this platform added?

Thank you.

Hi,
I've finished a game for the Philips Videopac G7000 (European) / Odyssey² (North American), and I can't seem to register the game because the platform does not yet exist here.

Is it possible to get this oldtimer added?

I did not expect that any of Videopac (Odyssey² for North Americans) games to have real endings, I mean; I do not count playing 10 frames of Kingpin Bowling as an ending of a game - but I played Cosmic Conflict (Videopac #11), on my G7000 - both to test the cartridge and to try out the game - and it actually have an ending... After shooting down 15 alien vessels you complete the game, but you can also run out of time, by time, shooting (cost extra time) or getting hit by a kamikaze TIE-fighter (seriously!).

I played three sessions, and lost the first two (first got retired disgracefully, and second time I was told to rapport in for court-martial... auch), but won the last session - with little less than 250 seconds to spare.
